Job summary

Petsense is seeking a Salon Leader to oversee the grooming salon operations, train and coach staff, and deliver exceptional customer service to pet owners and their pets.

You will manage daily grooming shop activities, ensure SOPs and cleanliness, hire and onboard groomers, and drive growth through customer engagement, events, and partnerships.

Must have 2+ years grooming experience, supervisory preferred, and own grooming tools or be willing to purchase. High school diploma required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years grooming pets under supervision, supervisory experience preferred.
• Must provide own grooming tools (clippers, blades, shears) or be willing to purchase required tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Groom Shop, including scheduling and audits.
• All grooming SOPs and salon cleanliness standards must be adhered to at all times.
• Assist in hiring and onboarding all new Groomers and Groom Technicians, mentoring where needed.
