Petsense is seeking a Salon Leader to oversee daily grooming salon operations, coach staff, and drive growth while delivering outstanding service to pet parents and their pets.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years grooming experience under a professional, supervisory experience preferred, and the ability to hire, train, and mentor Groomers and Technicians. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and you must provide or purchase grooming tools.

Qualificações

• Read, write and count accurately.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Groom Shop, including scheduling and audits.
• Hire and onboard new Groomers and Groom Technicians and mentor staff.
• Drive salon growth by contacting customers, scheduling appointments, and events.
• Provide professional grooming services for dogs using grooming techniques.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of animals.
