Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years experience grooming pets under supervision of a professional groomer.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be comfortable working with dogs and cats.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Groom Shop including scheduling, safety checklists, and salon audits.
• Ensure grooming SOPs and cleanliness standards are met.
• Assist in hiring and onboarding new Groomers and Groom Technicians.
• Communicate daily/weekly updates on sales and staffing to the Store Manager.
• Drive salon growth by engaging with customers, scheduling appointments, and participating in community events.
• Provide professional grooming services and ensure animal safety and welfare.
