Sport Clips is seeking a dynamic Salon Coordinator to deliver outstanding customer service and ensure smooth salon operations in Fayetteville, NC. You will greet clients, handle calls, manage the reception area, process payments, and assist with retail sales.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or front desk roles preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for guest interactions.
• Highly organized with good time-management in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with a warm, welcoming attitude and ensure a positive experience.
• Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area and retail displays.
• Handle financial transactions, including cash handling and card payments.
• Assist in retail sales with product knowledge and recommendations.
• Monitor salon inventory and place orders for supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations from reception to cutting floor.
• Complete secondary tasks such as cleaning, stocking, and sanitation as directed.
• Support marketing efforts including local outreach and social media updates.
• participate in ongoing Sport Clips training.
