Sun Tan City is seeking a Salon Director to lead the daily operations of a busy tanning salon and drive exceptional client experiences. This role oversees staffing, training, performance evaluation, and scheduling to ensure quality service and safety in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, sales background, and a passion for customer service, with the ability to motivate a team and uphold Sun Tan City standards across shifts.

Qualifications

• College education preferred, but not required.
• Management and/or Sales experience required.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Ability to supervise, schedule, and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Developing and coaching employees to provide amazing client experiences.
• Directs staffing decisions including hiring, training, evaluating and scheduling.
• Ensures client satisfaction and quality of experience in the salon.
• Monitors operations, safety, cleanliness, and maintenance of the salon.
• Drives sales and performance metrics through team leadership.
