Sun Tan City is seeking a Salon Director in Omaha to lead a high-performing team, drive sales, and maintain smooth salon operations. You will coach staff, set goals, and ensure exceptional client experiences while upholding brand standards.

The role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills, with hands-on management of daily shifts and cross-functional collaboration to deliver premium tanning services.

Qualificações

• Proven sales experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership or management experience required.
• Strong computer skills including basic MS Office suite.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales and revenue by coaching your team, setting goals, and modeling consultative selling.
• Develop team members with ongoing feedback, training, and performance accountability.
