The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, performance feedback, scheduling, training, and promotions planning, with up to 40 hours per week including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee salon operations alongside the Salon Director, including scheduling, inventory, cleanliness, and client experience
