Sun Tan City is seeking motivated leaders for its Salon Director in Training role in Lebanon, TN. The position focuses on driving store performance, delivering superior client service, and supervising tanning consultants to achieve company goals.

The role requires strong leadership, retail experience, and the ability to coach a team in a fast-paced environment. Full-time hours include evenings and weekends with opportunities for growth within Glow Brands.

Qualifications

• Experience in management or sales is required.
• Experience in the beauty industry or customer service is preferred.
• Basic computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations.
• Lead by example to deliver a client-centric service and meet sales expectations.
• Maintain a professional and clean salon environment.
• Establish goals for Team Members and provide coaching.
• Generate sales reports and manage inventory.
• Assist Salon Director in controlling revenue and expenses.
• Maintain staffing levels for productivity and service quality.
• Work nights and weekends.
• Work a 5-day week (35–45 hours).
