Sun Tan City is seeking a Salon Director in Training to drive store performance, uphold excellent client service, and manage Tanning Consultants. You will lead by example to achieve productivity goals while delivering a premier client experience.

The role emphasizes leadership, team development, and operational excellence in a fast-paced retail environment, with opportunities for advancement within Glow Brands.

Competenze

• Management and/or Sales experience required.
• Beauty Industry and/or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Team-building and delegation skills.

• Monitor and manage daily operations of the salon in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example to deliver a client-centric experience and meet personal sales goals.
• Maintain a professional and impeccably clean salon environment.
• Establish clear goals and objectives for Team Members.
• Provide coaching, training, and feedback to improve performance.
• Generate sales reports and manage inventory.
• Assist the Salon Director in controlling revenue and expenses.
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels to maximize productivity and service.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
• Work a 5-day week with 35–45 hours per week.
