Job summary

Sun Tan City is seeking a Salon Director in Training to drive store performance, deliver exceptional client service, and supervise tanning consultants. You will lead by example, foster a client-centric experience, and help meet productivity goals in a fast-paced salon environment.

Ideal candidates have management or sales experience, strong customer service skills, and a passion for team leadership, with opportunities for advancement within Glow Brands family.

Qualifications

• Management or sales experience is required.
• Experience in beauty industry or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example to deliver client-centric service and meet sales goals.
• Maintain a clean, professional salon environment.
• Set goals and provide coaching to Team Members.
• Generate sales reports and assist with inventory.
• Help manage revenue and expenses.
• Schedule to cover nights, weekends, and 35–45 hour weeks.
