Job summary

Sun Tan City, part of Glow Brands, is seeking a Salon Director in Training to drive store performance, foster exceptional client service, and maintain operational excellence in a fast-paced salon.

You will supervise Tanning Consultants, lead by example, and coach the team to meet sales goals while managing scheduling, inventory and reporting. The position requires leadership and availability for nights and weekends, with growth opportunities within Glow Brands.

Qualifications

• Management and/or Sales experience required.
• Beauty Industry and/or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Basic Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily operations of the salon in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example in all company operations including creating a client-centric experience and meeting personal sales expectations.
• Maintain a professional and impeccably clean salon environment.
• Establish clear goals and objectives for Team Members.
• Provides coaching, training, and feedback to improve Team Members’ daily performance.
