Sun Tan City is seeking a Salon Director in Raleigh, NC to lead the team and manage daily salon operations. You will hire, train, evaluate, and schedule staff while ensuring exceptional client experiences and high quality service.

The role emphasizes staffing, supervision, and adherence to safety and operational standards to drive sales and customer satisfaction. A dynamic, growth-oriented environment is offered.

Qualifications

• College education preferred, but not required.
• Management and/or sales experience required.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of client service techniques and operational practices.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Team building and delegation skills.

Responsibilities
