Sun Tan City in Durham seeks an Assistant Salon Director to sustain a high-energy, client-focused environment. You will supervise Tanning Consultants, drive store performance, and model excellence in service and operations.

This role requires leadership, coaching, and the ability to balance sales with outstanding customer care while maintaining a clean, professional salon. Evening and weekend coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• College education preferred, but not required.
• Management and/or Sales experience required.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment and coach others.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations.
• Lead by example to deliver client-centric service.
• Maintain a clean, professional salon environment.
