Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is seeking an Assistant Salon Manager to balance cutting behind the chair with people leadership. If you love mentoring stylists, driving the Guest Journey, and building a profitable salon, this is your step into management without leaving your shear behind.

In this full-time role you’ll oversee daily operations, coach staff using the IGROW model, ensure safety and compliance, and support local marketing to keep chairs full.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Full-time leadership role (40 hours per week).
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform all salon services with precision.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations on the floor, manage the appointment book in Zenoti, ensure guests leave satisfied.
• Coach and mentor stylists, using the IGROW model to help meet goals.
• Ensure salon safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance (State Board/OSHA).
• Support local marketing campaigns to keep chairs full and promote the Hair Cuttery brand.
