Supercuts is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the salon manager in Westminster, CO, handling daily operations and helping drive the salon's success. You will assist in scheduling, goal setting, ordering, marketing and overall salon functions.

As a brand ambassador, you will foster a positive work environment, lead and train staff, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining high quality standards. A Cosmetology license and flexible schedule are required.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology or barber license as required by state regulations.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• Excellent guest service and effective consultations.
• Proficient administrative skills for scheduling and transactions.

Responsibilities
