Supercuts is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the salon manager in daily operations, scheduling, marketing and overall salon functions. You will be a brand ambassador for this Regis franchise and help lead a team to provide exceptional guest service and high-quality services.

Responsibilities include administrative tasks on the POS, banking procedures, and staff training, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Current cosmetology or barber license as required by state regulations.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Provide exceptional guest service and quality consultations.
• Perform administrative tasks on the computerized register and banking procedures.
• Ability to resolve guest issues.
• Lead and develop a team; train staff on business and technical matters.
