Supercuts is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the salon manager in daily operations, scheduling, marketing, and team development. This role acts as a brand ambassador and ensures guest satisfaction with high service standards.

Applicants should hold a current cosmetology or barber license, be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and demonstrate strong leadership and guest service skills. Travel to meetings may be required.

• Current cosmetology or barber license as required by state regulations.
• Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
