Job summary

Supercuts is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the salon manager in daily operations, scheduling, and marketing initiatives. You will be a brand ambassador, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining service quality.

The role requires a current cosmetology license, flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and strong leadership to develop the team and manage routines, banking procedures, and inventory control.

Qualifications

• Current cosmetology or barber license as required by state regulations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Provide exceptional guest service and quality consultations.
• Perform administrative tasks such as completing schedules and transactions on the computerized register, light housekeeping, and inventory for salons.

Responsibilities

• Assist salon manager with scheduling, goal setting, ordering and marketing.
• Lead and develop a team, train staff, and resolve associate issues to maintain a positive work environment.
• Contribute to the day-to-day operations and guest satisfaction in the salon.
