Qualifications

• Current cosmetology or barber license as required by state regulations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Provide exceptional guest service, understanding guest needs, and performing services efficiently and professionally.
• Perform administrative tasks such as completing schedules and transactions on the computerized register, and light housekeeping duties.
• Ability to resolve guest issues.
• Ability to lead and develop a team, training and guiding on business and technical matters.

Responsibilities

• Support the salon manager in daily operations and salon success.
• Assist with scheduling, goal setting, ordering, marketing, and overall salon functions.
• Act as a brand ambassador for the organization and uphold Regis standards.
