Supercuts, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the salon manager in daily operations and success. You will help with scheduling, goal setting, ordering, marketing, and overall salon functions while representing the brand as a ambassador.

As a licensed cosmetology professional, you will lead and develop a team, ensure exceptional guest service, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our long-standing industry leadership since 1975.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology or barber license required by state regulations.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Provide exceptional guest service with quality consultations.
• Handle administrative tasks: schedules, transactions, light housekeeping.
• Resolve guest issues and lead a team.
• Develop staff, set positive work environment, train on business matters.
