Formación

• Current cosmetology or barber license as required by state regulations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Provide exceptional guest service and quality consultations.
• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling and POS closing.
• Resolve guest issues and lead a positive team.
• Lead and develop a team, coaching on business and technical matters.
