Supercuts, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee day-to-day salon operations and ensure top-tier customer service.

You will support recruitment, training, and development of stylists, with a focus on delivering the full range of hair care services and a great guest experience. The role emphasizes leadership and coordination, with ongoing training, seminars, and re-certification to stay ahead of trends.

Qualifications

• Current cosmetology or barber license and manager license as required by state regulations.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Provide exceptional guest service, with quality consultations.
• Perform administrative tasks such as schedules and transactions on the computerized register, close-out procedures and light housekeeping duties.
• Ability to resolve guest issues.
• Ability to lead and develop a team, create a positive work environment, training and guiding on business and technical matters.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing day-to-day salon operations.
• Ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer service.
• Support recruitment, training, and development of stylists.
• Salon Manager backups with full range of hair care services.
