Job summary

Supercuts, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help oversee daily salon operations, supervise stylists, and ensure top-tier guest service. Training and development for team members are emphasized, with a focus on maintaining high technical and service standards.

The role includes supporting recruitment, coordinating schedules, and delivering a consistent, welcoming experience for every guest. A cosmetology or barber license and a valid manager license per state requirements are expected.

Qualifications

• Current cosmetology or barber license and manager license as required by state/provincial regulations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to provide exceptional guest service, understanding the guest’s needs, providing quality consultations and performing services requested in an efficient and professional manner.
• Ability to perform administrative tasks such as completing schedules and transactions on the computerized register, performing close-out procedures and light housekeeping duties.
• Ability to resolve guest issues.
• Ability to effectively lead and develop a team, creating a positive work environment and providing guidance on business and technical competency matters.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing day-to-day salon operations and ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer service.
• Support recruitment, training, and development of stylists.
• Ensure the Salon Manager provides guests with excellent service across the full range of hair care services.
