Regis Corporation's Supercuts brand is seeking an Assistant Manager in Dawsonville, GA to support the salon manager with daily operations, scheduling, goal setting, ordering and marketing efforts while acting as a brand ambassador for Regis. You will help ensure guest satisfaction and a high standard of service.

The role requires a current cosmetology or barber license, a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, strong guest service and team leadership skills, and the ability to handle

Formación

• Current cosmetology or barber license as required by state regulations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to provide exceptional guest service, understanding the guest’s needs, providing quality consultations and performing services requested in an efficient and professional manner.
• Ability to perform administrative tasks such as completing schedules and transactions on the computerized register, performing close-out procedures and light housekeeping duties.
• Ability to resolve guest issues
• Ability to effectively lead and develop a team, creating a positive work environment, training and providing guidance on business and technical competency matters and resolving associate issues

Responsabilidades

• Schedule, goal setting, ordering, marketing and overall salon functions.
• As an Assistant Manager, you are a brand ambassador for Regis and are expected to conduct yourself as such.
• Support the salon manager in the daily operations and success of the salon.
• Lead and develop the team to deliver high-quality guest experiences and services.
