Supercuts is seeking a Salon Manager to oversee all salon operations from guest service to staff supervision. You will lead a team of stylists, manage schedules, and ensure exceptional service while driving profitability.

This role requires a cosmetology or barber license with a required manager license where applicable, plus flexibility for evenings and weekends. A strong focus on training, quality consultations, and guest satisfaction is essential.

Qualifications

• Current cosmetology or barber license and manager license as required by state regulations.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

• Proven ability to lead and develop a team, guiding staff on business and technical matters.
• Ability to manage schedules and transactions on a computerized register and perform close-out tasks.
