Job summary

Sun Tan City is seeking motivated leaders to join our management team. The Assistant Salon Director role focuses on driving store performance, delivering exceptional client service, and maintaining operational excellence.

You will supervise tanning consultants and lead by example in all operations to meet productivity goals. This opportunity requires leadership, team coaching, and a commitment to customer service excellence, with a schedule that may include evenings and weekends to provide

Qualifications

• Experience in management and/or sales is preferred but not required.
• Basic computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to manage in a fast-paced environment with multiple situations.
• Knowledge of client service techniques and operational practices.
• Strong leadership with coaching and mentoring ability.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced setting.
• Lead by example to create a client-centric experience and meet sales goals.
• Maintain a professional, clean salon environment.
• Set clear goals and developmental plans for team members.
• Provide coaching, training, and feedback to improve performance.
• Generate sales reports, manage inventory, and support Salon Director functions.
• Assist in controlling revenue and expenses to meet targets.
• Ensure appropriate staffing levels for productivity and service quality.
