Sun Tan City is seeking an Assistant Salon Director to maintain a high-energy, client-centric environment and drive store performance. You will supervise Tanning Consultants, lead by example, and ensure exceptional service while meeting productivity goals.

The role requires flexibility for nights and weekends, a five-day workweek, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding client experience in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Management and/or Sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Basic Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily operations of the salon in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example in creating a client-centric experience and meeting personal sales expectations.
• Maintain a professional and impeccably clean salon environment.
• Establish goals and objectives for Team Members and provide coaching and feedback.
