The Assistant Salon Director will lead by example and ensure exceptional customer service across shifts. Ideal candidates have retail management experience, strong leadership, and a passion for team development.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management and a passion for leadership.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to coach teams.
• Basic computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook are expected.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily salon operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example to create a client-centric experience and meet sales goals.
• Maintain a professional, clean salon environment and set clear team objectives.
• Provide coaching and feedback to improve performance and productivity.
• Generate sales reports, manage inventory, and assist with Salon Director tasks.
• Help control top-line revenue and labor costs while ensuring customer service excellence.
