Sun Tan City is seeking a motivated Assistant Salon Director to lead a high-energy salon team. You will supervise Tanning Consultants, drive client-centric service, and help achieve store productivity goals.

The role requires managing daily operations, maintaining a clean salon, and coaching staff to deliver excellent customer experiences. Weekend availability and transportation to the bank may be needed.

Qualifications

• College education preferred, but not required.
• Management or Sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example to create a client-centric experience and meet personal sales goals.
• Maintain a clean, professional salon environment.
• Coach, train and provide feedback to improve team performance.
• Generate sales reports, manage inventory and support Salon Director functions.
• Assist Salon Director in controlling revenue and expenses.
