Job summary

Sun Tan City is seeking a motivated leader for the Assistant Salon Director role to help drive store performance and deliver exceptional client service. You will supervise Tanning Consultants, maintain operational excellence, and lead team initiatives to meet productivity goals.

The position requires strong leadership, customer service focus, and the ability to work a 40–45 hour week, including nights and weekends when needed. Benefits are provided for full-time and part-time staff.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Leadership and team management capabilities.
• Basic computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example to create a client-centric experience and meet sales goals.
• Maintain a professional, clean salon environment.
• Set team goals and provide coaching and feedback.
• Generate reports, manage inventory, and assist with director functions.
• Help control revenue and expenses and optimize staffing.
