The role requires strong leadership, the ability to coach staff, and a commitment to achieving productivity goals in a fast-paced retail setting. Weekend and evening flexibility is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management or leadership roles preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to coach and mentor staff while managing store operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced setting.
• Lead by example to create a client-centric experience and achieve sales goals.
• Maintain a clean, professional salon environment and ensure top-tier service.
• Set clear goals for team members and provide coaching and feedback.
• Generate sales reports, manage inventory, and support director functions.
• Oversee staffing to optimize productivity and control labor costs.
