Sun Tan City is seeking an Assistant Salon Director to sustain a high-energy, client-centric environment and drive store performance. You will supervise Tanning Consultants, coach staff, and lead by example to achieve productivity goals while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

The role requires leadership, customer service excellence, and the ability to work a 40–45 hour week across five days, including nights and weekends as needed. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• College education preferred but not required.
• Management or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily salon operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example to create a client-centric experience and hit sales goals.
• Maintain a clean, professional salon environment.
• Set clear goals and coach Team Members to improve performance.
• Generate sales reports, manage inventory, and assist with Director duties.
• Help control top-line revenue and expenses; manage staffing and scheduling.
