Job summary

Safford Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram and FIAT of Fredericksburg is seeking a motivated automotive sales professional who enjoys working with the public and delivering a positive, helpful experience. You will engage customers, present vehicles, arrange test drives, and work to meet daily sales and outreach targets.

The role emphasizes teamwork, professional appearance, and a proactive approach. Training is provided; prior auto sales or retail experience is a plus, and you must pass pre-employment

Qualifications

• Customer contact to identify needs
• Build rapport to establish referral network
• Conduct test drives and present vehicle information/pricing
• Respond to inbound sales calls and internet inquiries
• Meet daily outbound phone and email quota
• Greet customers in the dealership and on the lot
• Attend sales and product knowledge meetings
• Maintain customer relationships
• Training provided if no prior car sales experience
• Must pass pre-employment screens (background & drug test)
