Job summary

Hansel Auto Group in Petaluma, CA is seeking a Commercial Account Manager to deliver world‑class customer experiences while growing a dynamic sales portfolio. You will develop relationships, build a robust sales pipeline, and manage existing accounts with a focus on commercial vehicles.

Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a plus, and a valid CA driver’s license is essential. The role is full-time with evenings and weekend shifts, offering a base plus commission, and benefits including

Qualifications

• Inside or outside sales experience preferred.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Must be motivated, able to multi-task, and work well with a team.
• Full-time retail schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Valid California driver's license with clean driving record.
• Pass a criminal background check and a drug test.

Responsibilities

• Ensure world class experience to all customers.
• Build knowledge of inventory, especially commercial vehicles.
• Learn and utilize client relationship tools.
• Develop and build sales pipeline by meeting and exceeding department goals.
• Service and maintain existing accounts.
• Stimulate growth through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
• Conduct professional presentations to prospective and existing customers.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Ensure world class experience to all customers
• Build a thorough working knowledge of all vehicles in our inventory, especially commercial vehicles
• Learn and utilize our state‑of‑the‑art client relationship tools
• Develop and build sales pipeline by meeting and exceeding department expectations
• Service and maintain existing accounts
• Stimulate growth through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
• Conduct professional presentations to prospective and existing customers

Qualifications and Skills

• Inside Sales and Outside Sales Experience are a huge plus
• Fluent in English and Spanish is a plus!
• Work with fellow team members to improve our customers' experience
• Self‑Motivation is a key
• Ability to multi‑task
• Be available for a FULL TIME retail schedule that regularly includes evenings and weekends
• Have a valid California Driver's License with Clean Driving Record
• Pass a criminal background check

Pay Scale

Salary Range: $35,500 to $200,000 +
Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $18.31, plus performance bonuses. The performance bonus may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
