Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish is a huge plus.
• Inside or Outside Sales experience is a strong advantage.
• Customer Service background is a great start.
• Able to work a retail schedule that regularly includes evenings and weekends.
• Have a valid California Driver's License with Clean Driving Record.
• Pass a drug screening and criminal background check.

Depending on job performance, the Sales Consultant compensation ranges from $37,500.00 to $200,000 +.

Pay Defined:The Sales Consultant position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $18.31, plus performance bonuses. The performance bonus may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit
