Hansel Ford is seeking a motivated Commercial Account Manager to cultivate relationships with commercial clients, grow the sales pipeline through prospecting and professional presentations, and deliver a world-class customer experience. Qualifications

• Inside and outside sales experience preferred.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Available for a full-time retail schedule including evenings and weekends.
• California Driver's License with clean driving record.
• Pass a criminal background check and pass a drug test.

Responsibilities

• Ensure world-class experience to all customers.
• Build a thorough working knowledge of all vehicles in our inventory, especially commercial vehicles.
• Learn and utilize state-of-the-art client relationship tools.
• Develop and build sales pipeline by meeting and exceeding department expectations.
• Service and maintain existing accounts.
• Stimulate growth through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
• Conduct professional presentations to prospective and existing customers.

As a Commercial Account Manager, you’ll be the go-to expert for our commercial clients, building strong relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and providing customized vehicle solutions. Responsibilities and Duties

• Ensure world class experience to all customers

Qualifications and Skills

• Inside Sales and Outside Sales Experience are a huge plus
• Fluent in English and Spanish is a plus!
• Work with fellow team members to improve our customers' experience

• Ability to multi-task
• Be available for a FULL TIME retail schedule that regularly includes evenings and weekends
• Have a valid California Driver's License with Clean Driving Record
• Pass a criminal background check

Pay Scale

Salary Range: $37,500 to $200,000 +

Pay Defined: The Commercial Account Manager position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $18.31, plus performance bonuses. The performance bonus may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
