Job DetailsJob Location: PETALUMA, CA 94952Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $18.31 - $20.00 HourlyJob Category: Customer ServiceHansel Toyota is looking for a Full-Time Receptionist to work in our Petaluma facility! The right candidate will have professional telephone manners, be great with people, and customer service experience.

Location: Fully onsite at Hansel Toyota in Petaluma, CA
Schedule: Full-Time Monday- Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Greeting and assisting guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Welcoming, directing, and assisting visitors both in person and over the phone
• Notifying dealership personnel of visitor arrivals
• Maintaining showroom traffic logs and telecommunications systems
• Supporting team operations by completing related administrative tasks as assigned
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized reception and showroom area

Qualifications:

• Bilingual Spanish language skills are highly preferred.
• Multiple-line telephone experience is preferred
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment.
• Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Pay Defined: The Receptionist position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation between $18.31-$20.00.
