Job summary

Big Tex Trailer World is seeking a motivated sales professional to assist in maintaining all aspects of the dealership's sales department, including parts and trailer sales. You will handle sales calls, quote trailers, and prepare paperwork for invoicing while coordinating the sales yard and front-office operations.

The role requires a valid driver's license and reliability. You may be asked to work Monday–Saturday with overtime as needed, and to travel for trade shows to drive wholesale sales

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of commissioned sales experience required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining all aspects of the dealership sales department including parts and trailer sales.
• Answer sales calls and assist customers visiting the dealership.
• Quote trailers for customers and prepare sales paperwork for invoicing.
• Coordinate and display the sales yard and parts department merchandise.
• Assist with front-office organization and cash handling per policy.
• Plan outside sales calls to develop wholesale business with store manager input.
• Attend trade shows and events to boost dealership sales initiatives.
• Maintain up-to-date order files and weekly inventory reports.
