Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an energetic vehicle salesperson to build relationships, identify customer needs and close deals while delivering a premium buying experience. You will greet customers, guide them to suitable vehicles and navigate pricing and paperwork.

No prior sales required; we provide training and support from management. A valid driver’s license, clean record, and ability to obtain a license where required are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to obtain a salesperson license where required by law.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Pass drug testing and background check.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with customers, identify vehicle preferences, and close deals.
• Lead customers through steps that develop leads into sales.
• Communicate sales price, close deals and complete paperwork.
• Prospect to generate a stream of customers that visit and inquire about purchasing a vehicle.
• Attend sales meetings.
• Complete regular training and adhere to our policies and procedures.
• Utilize the CRM and DMS systems.
• Sales experience in any industry is welcome — we will train you!
• Have or be able to obtain a salesperson license (where required by law).
• Basic computer skills.
• Professional, well-groomed appearance and a positive attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Pass drug testing, MVR/Insurability, background investigation/interview.
