Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• Typically 10 years of experience with at least 5–7 years Salesforce delivery experience.
• Minimum 5 years leading teams of analysts and developers.
• Strong architecture background aligning business requirements to Salesforce solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and client service skills.
• Willingness to travel based on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for program delivery and client leadership across engagements.
• Provide leadership to Managers across multiple projects.
• Lead teams to achieve solution implementation.
• Manage client relationships, revenue, and commercial aspects.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for engagements.
