EY is seeking a Senior Manager for Salesforce Technology Transformation Program Delivery within Studio+. The role involves leading and delivering digital transformation programs on the Salesforce platform, partnering with business and experience teams, and guiding both technical and non-technical project teams.

You will manage scope, timelines, costs, and quality, while driving client satisfaction and engagement economics across multiple workstreams, including on- and offshore teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• Typically 10 years of experience with 5–7 years in Salesforce implementations.
• Minimum 5 years leading teams of analysts and developers.
• Functional or technical architecture background aligning business requirements to Salesforce solutions.

Responsabilités

• Accountable for program delivery and client leadership with architecture oversight.
• Provide leadership across multiple engagements and accounts.
• Lead teams to achieve solution implementation with broad visibility.
• Manage client relationships, revenue generation, and commercial aspects as needed.
• Travel as required by client projects.
