Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• Typically 10 years of experience with at least 5–7 years in Salesforce with teams of 5+ people.
• Minimum 5 years leading analysts and developers.
• Minimum 5 years in architecture aligning business requirements to Salesforce solutions.
• Strong communication, client service and technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of Salesforce-based transformation programs within Studio+ with architecture oversight.
• Manage scope, timelines, costs and quality across engagements.
• Provide client leadership and maintain senior stakeholder relationships.
• Oversee multi-team delivery, onshore and offshore, with risk and budget management.
• Travel as required by client needs.
