Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• Typically 10 years of experience with no less than 5–7 years implementing Salesforce with teams of 5+ people.
• Minimum 5 years leading analysts and developers.
• Minimum 5 years with a functional or technical architecture background aligning business requirements to Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for program delivery and client leadership with architecture oversight.
• Lead and guide managers across multiple engagements and accounts.
• Direct teams to achieve solution implementation and client outcomes.
• Manage client relationships, revenue generation and commercial aspects as needed.
• Travel as required by external clients.
