EY in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager in Salesforce Technology Transformation Program Delivery (Studio+) to lead large-scale digital transformations on the Salesforce platform. You will guide both technical and non-technical teams, manage scope, timelines and budget, and partner with client and EY leadership to drive innovation and value.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience with no less than 5–7 years implementing Salesforce with teams of 5+ people.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading teams of analysts and developers.
• Strong written and verbal communication and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for program delivery and client leadership with architecture oversight.
• Lead multiple engagements and oversee teams across accounts.
• Manage client relationships, revenue, and commercial aspects.
• Travel as required by external clients.
