EY in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager for Salesforce Technology Transformation Program Delivery (Studio+). The role drives digital transformation programs on the Salesforce platform, partnering with business and experience teams to deliver innovative solutions.

You will manage scope, timelines, costs and quality, leading cross-functional teams across client engagements. You will shape program outcomes, collaborate with EY teams, pursue new opportunities, and ensure client

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required (4-year degree).
Typically 10 years of experience with 5–7 years implementing Salesforce with teams of 5+ people.
Minimum 5 years leading teams of analysts and developers.
Minimum 5 years with architecture background aligning business requirements to Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities

Accountable for program delivery and client leadership with architecture oversight.
Provide leadership across multiple engagements and accounts.
Lead teams with broad visibility to achieve solution implementation.
