Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Salesforce Technology Transformation Program Delivery within Studio+. You will drive digital transformation programs, manage scope, timelines, costs, and quality, and lead cross‑functional teams to implement Salesforce platform solutions and infrastructure.

You will partner with business and experience teams to ensure client needs are embedded in the user experience, while shaping technology strategy and ensuring risk and performance objectives are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• Typically 10 years of experience with no less than 5–7 years implementing Salesforce with teams of 5+ people.
• Minimum 5 years leading teams of analysts and developers.
• Minimum 5 years with a functional/technical architecture background aligning business requirements to Salesforce.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead program delivery with architecture oversight and client growth responsibilities.
• Provide leadership to managers across multiple engagements and accounts.
• Guide teams to deliver Salesforce-based solutions and infrastructure.
• Manage client relationships, revenue, and commercial aspects as needed.
• Travel as required by external clients.
