Job summary

Crowe LLP in the United States seeks a Salesforce Project Manager to lead end-to-end transformation initiatives, translating strategy into executable plans and guiding cross-functional teams to on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will manage risks, budgets, and governance while championing Agile practices and continuous improvement, with opportunities to grow client relationships and delivery capabilities across the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing technology implementation or digital transformation projects, including responsibility for scope, schedule, budget, risks, resources, and client outcomes.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience leading Salesforce implementation projects or programs.
• Demonstrated experience delivering multiple complex, enterprise‑level projects from initiation through completion.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams that include business analysts, architects, developers, quality assurance professionals, designers, and client stakeholders.
• Experience creating and maintaining comprehensive project plans, resource plans, budgets, forecasts, risk registers, status reports, and governance materials.
• Experience managing project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, resource utilization, and scope‑change management.
• Experience applying Agile delivery practices and selecting appropriate frameworks based on project needs.
• Demonstrated ability to identify, assess, communicate, and mitigate project risks and delivery dependencies.
• Experience presenting project status, recommendations, and escalations to executive and C‑level stakeholders.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, or managing project team members.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, negotiation, organizational, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to travel as required based on client and project needs.
• Current professional certifications in both of the following areas: Project management or Agile delivery, such as PMP, PMI‑ACP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Agilist, or an equivalent certification; such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Business Analyst, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, or another relevant Salesforce certification.
