Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in technology-focused project management.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with Agile teams on technology projects.
• Experience managing and forecasting budgets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting to C-Level management.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead and control complex Salesforce projects from initiation to completion within scope, time, and budget.
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects and align goals with stakeholders.
• Maintain proactive communication with the client to provide strategic and tactical oversight.
• Lead team and client meetings and ensure timely follow-up and accountability.
• Coach clients on Agile practices and champion appropriate Agile frameworks.
