Job summary

Aperia Solutions, a leader in SaaS solutions for the payments and compliance industries, seeks a Salesforce Training and Enablement Specialist to design persona-based learning and deliver it to customer-facing teams.

You will work with the CoE, Salesforce Professional Services, and stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Servicing, Onboarding, and Underwriting to create learning that drives adoption and change.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in Salesforce instructional design or LMS learning and development.
• Customer service, fintech, payments, or SaaS experience preferred.
• Ability to design persona-based training reflecting how specific roles actually work.
• Experience creating multi-modal content: walkthroughs, e-learning, job aids, knowledge articles, and facilitator guides.
• Knowledge of adult learning theories (ADDIE, SAM).
• Excellent written communication for frontline agents.
• Facilitation across workshops, discovery, and live training.

Responsibilities

• Design persona-based training across four primary roles using Pathways Learning Enablement.
• Develop multi-modal content: walkthroughs, job aids, e-learning, and guides.
• Write Salesforce Knowledge articles organized by persona for self-service.
• Create In-App Guidance contextual help at record level.
• Facilitate live and virtual training across cohorts.
• Lead persona discovery workshops to define requirements.
• Develop train-the-trainer materials to sustain delivery.
