Job summary

Aperia Solutions, a fintech and SaaS services provider, is seeking a Salesforce Training and Enablement Specialist to design and deliver persona-based learning for front-line teams migrating to a unified Salesforce platform. You will build multi-modal content, author Knowledge articles, and create in-app guidance across Sales, Servicing, Onboarding, and Underwriting.

The role emphasizes instructional design discipline, customer service experience, and collaboration with CoE, Salesforce

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in Salesforce instructional design, training development, or L&D with 2+ years in customer service, fintech, payments or SaaS
• Proven ability to design persona-based training reflecting how specific roles work
• Experience building multi-modal content: walkthroughs, e-learning, job aids, knowledge articles, facilitator guides
• Working knowledge of adult learning theory (ADDIE, SAM)
• Proficiency with at least one authoring tool (Storyline/Rise, Easygenerator, or Captivate)
• Salesforce experience preferred — familiarity with Leads, Opportunities, Contracts, Cases, or Order Management
• Exceptional written communication; able to make complex workflows readable for front-line agents
• Confident facilitator across workshop, discovery, and live training formats

Responsibilities

• Design persona-based training across four primary personas within the Pathways Learning Enablement Framework
• Develop multi-modal content for each persona: illustrated walkthroughs, job aids, quick reference guides, e-learning, facilitator guides
• Author Salesforce Knowledge articles organized by persona for self-service at point of need
• Build In-App Guidance walkthroughs that surface contextual help at the record level
• Design onboarding programs to reduce time to first successful transaction and minimize escalations
• Lead workshops to surface requirements and develop train-the-trainer materials
• Measure KPI-driven outcomes and coordinate program milestones
